When Patrick Henry went to the Constitutional Convention five years later he found the loyalists his Patriots had tarred and feathered attending as well. Knowing he was dealing with Federalist Monarchists he contributed the Bill of Rights as an amendment to the 1789 Constitution of the United States. He had to threaten REBELLION against Washington to get it added. These Monarchists wanted to make Washington King, but the sly fox knew differently. He knew the Patriots who had insisted “NO TITLES OF NOBILITY SHALL BE GRANTED” be added to the Constitution wouldn’t tolerate that. He fooled them by making the Presidency a Viceroy of the British. Monarchy via the Executive Order. Patrick Henry supported the anti-federalists.
The recent LOCKDOWNS were due to Washington’s deception. Keep in mind that Britain has been a Vassal State of Rome since 1213 when King John abdicated the Throne of England to the Papacy. In 1812 war broke out again over the original 13th Amendment known as the Nobility Amendment addressing the Esquires legislating in Congress. The British burned the Capitol down along with the Archives housing the ratified Nobility Amendment.
The War of Northern Aggression kept the Confederates from restoring the Articles of Confederation that had prospered by utilizing non-interest-bearing currency. Lincoln broke the back of the United States of America. He made Persons of the Slaves with the new 1865 thirteenth Amendment. They soon found themselves wearing Federalist Uniforms in the form of what the Natives called Buffalo Soldiers. Grant finished the Washington Memorial and established the District of Columbia, the Military Arm of the Roman Empire of the City.
The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 is an Act of Congress that repealed the individual charters of the cities of Washington and Georgetown and established a new territorial government for the whole District of Columbia. It is said that students attending Georgetown University graduate with no loyalty to family, nor country. It is a Den of Jesuits. In 1913 the Federalists restored the First and Second Bank of the United States and named it the Federal Reserve Bank. Hamilton urged Washington to establish the First Bank of the United States. However, the arguments against the Bank were too strong. The Bank, along with its charter, died in 1811.

President Andrew Jackson announces that the government will no longer use the Second Bank of the United States, the country’s national bank, on September 10, 1833.
